Meal plan, 10ppl for 8 days/7 nights

Not included is breakfast on day one and dinner on day eight.
All the stuff listed here, minus day one's ration, will fit in 10 personal, portable bear cans. To achieve this, the items will have to be repacked in ziplock bags and similar low bulk packaging.
The main sources were Trader Joe's, Vitamin City, and Ralph's.
A 'drug dealer' style electronic gram scale is essential.
The oils were transferred into tiny 8oz bottled water jugs, which makes an excellent, affordable alternative to camping style containers.
Nearly all the gorp, and there's almost 4 kilos, were handmixed from the delicious abundance of nut's, seeds and dried fruit at TJ's.
Before committing to a brand of pre cooked rice do a test run. Some of them remain crunchy at altitude, or cooks too slow and ends up as a sticky mess.

day 1:

trailhead: 450g gorp

lunch: 20 slices fine bread, 2 small gourmet cheese, 1 austrian waffles

din: 900g elbow noodles, 1 bg sundried toma, 1 bg dried shrooms, 1 onion, bundle fresh basil, 1 garlic, 1 block feta, 100g olive oil, 75g parmasan
des: 20 cookies


day 2:

brek: 20 packs oatmeal, 10 granola bars

snack: 550g gorp

lunch: 24oz pb, 18oz jam, 20 small torts, 2 toblerone

din: 5c cous cous, 1 1/2 bear valley soup, 115g jerky,

day 3:

brek: 10 bagels, 1 plain crm chz, 10 granola bars

snack: 550g gorp

lunch: 2 rl breton crks, 1 lb chz, 1 sm summer sausage, 1 jar soynutbutter

din: 20 big torts, 1 lb chz, 4 c dried beans, 6 c instant flavored rice.
des: 20 graham crk, 4 sm hershey


day 4:

brek: 12 c granola, 125g milk pwd, 10 granola bars

snack: 550g gorp

lunch: 4 ea 7 1/2 oz tuna bags, 1 lb chz, 20 sm torts, curry pwd, 20 cookies

din: 900g elbow noodles, 4 pesto sauce mix, 250g walnuts, 1 bg sundried toma, 100g olive oil, 75g parmasan
des: 20 cookies


day 5:

brek: 3 1/2 c polenta, 100g milk pwd, 100g brw sug, 100g raisins, 10 granola bars

snack: none

lunch: 1 sm tube pb, 16 oz jam, rest soynut butter, 20 sm torts, 1 ritter sport

din: 1 1/2 bag blk bean soup, 600g instant rice, 115g jerky

day 6:

lunch: 1 pack hummus, 115g jerky, 1 lb chz, 10 pita, 1 ritter sport

din: 900g elbow noodles, 4 italian sauce mix, 200g, 1 bag sundried toma, 1 bag dried shrooms, 75g parmasan, 100g olive oil.
des: 1 rl hit


day 8:

brek: 10 bagels, 1 plain crm chz

lunch: 1 bg sesame rice crk, 250g dried bananas, 300g sesame sticks, 300g roasted almonds, 300g honey roasted cashews
